7-B Ranch Rental Pricing

• Full Weekend Rental 150-250 guests (Friday–Monday): $8,000

  • Includes check-in at noon on Friday and check-out by noon on Monday.

  • Ideal for weddings, large gatherings, and multi-day events.

• 2 Night Weekend Rental 150-250 guests (Friday or Saturday): $4,000–$5,500 per night

  • Applies if no event tent or large outside vendors are brought in.

  • Check-in at noon and must be completely vacated by midnight the following day.

    • Example: Friday check-in at noon, out by noon Sunday.

    • Example: Saturday check-in at noon, out by noon Monday.

• Graduation Parties, Bridal Showers & Local Events: 1 day- no night rental (less than 100 guests at a time)

  • Weeknights and Weekend Rentals Available : Please contact us for pricing

• Guest Count Considerations:

  • Pricing is based on 150–250 guests.

  • Additional costs apply for 250+ guests (max 500)

  • Events exceeding 500 guests require approval.

We are also available on Airbnb here which also includes the Ranchview Inn with the 7B Ranch for smaller elopements, and groups of 75 and under, great for smaller weddings, family reunions, and special occasions.
